Holiday History Tour, Clothing Drive, Holiday Party, and more

Dear Eric,


The next couple of weeks offer some holiday-themed events for you to enjoy with your CYP CLUB friends! And in the spirit of the season, we are partnering with some other great organizations to provide you with the best social networking opportunities in the city.

Starting tonight (12/7), please join us as we head out with the Columbus Historical Society for 'Trees, Tinsel, and Traditions,' a holiday history tour of downtown Columbus complete with a reception at the CHS Gallery and an array of local foods and cocktails for you to enjoy. 5:30-8:30pm. Then on Friday (12/9), we are partnering with UCT to help warm up Columbus at 'Keepin' the Faith,' a winter clothing drive (and social event) at Bar 23. We will be collecting gently used clothes at the door for Faith Mission Homeless Shelters. Full details

Next Tuesday (12/13), we are hosting our annual CYP CLUB Holiday Party. You're invited to KDB Easton to celebrate with us (along with members of Experience Columbus, Big Fish Networking, GetDot, Outlook Columbus, and others from the Networking Leaders Alliance) from 6-9pm. Cost of admission is a new toy or monetary donation to Franklin County Children's Services. Full details

And we'll wrap up the month of December offering Group Dance Lessons with our good friends at Fred Astaire Studios next Thursday (12/15). Learn to Swing and Foxtrot in this fun, friendly event. 7-9:30pm. Full details

We are partnering with UCT (United Commercial Travelers) to warm up Columbus at a clothing drive and social event at Bar 23, as we collect much-needed items for Faith Mission Homeless Shelters. We'll need all available hands to hit our goal of filling up a truck with donations.

Group Dance Lessons

Dance Lessons

Learn to dance Swing and the Foxtrot with other members in this social group dance lesson, led by instructors at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio. Pre-show meet-up at Texas Roadhouse (next door). Bring a partner, or get partnered up.

The CYP CLUB (Columbus Young Professionals Club) is a "for-impact" membership organization made up of more than 14,000 young professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, creative thinkers, and social people who live & work in the greater Columbus, OH area. Founded in July of 2005, the CYP CLUB offers events, activities, and athletics on a weekly basis for our growing membership of local young professionals (ages 21-45).
