Cleveland Avenue will be reduced to northbound traffic only between Mt. Vernon Avenue and Spring Street for sewer installation through late December, weather permitting.  This restriction will be in place 24 hours a day.  Southbound traffic will be detoured via Mt. Vernon Avenue and Grant Avenue.
